End of an Age is a thematic concept album that muses upon bygone times, nostalgia, and the maturity that comes with the acceptance of the fact that the very nature of all things is to gradually change and eventually end. Inspired by our origins and the circumstances leading up to the foundation of Shadowborn, End of an Age confronts and addresses the issues surrounding our band history, in addition to conveying a greater message of rising above adversity and the importance of moving forward.

The Age of Shadows has come to an end. The time has come to put the past to rest, and forge a new age by our own design.

This is an epilogue to our past in Age Of Shadows. This is a prelude to our future in Shadowborn.

This is only the first step.
